No guarantee is given on Leadership is Aroha’s training programs. Every dog is an individual and the succes of any training program is dependent on the owner/handlers interaction, relationship, and most importantly the amount of practice, and level of commitment. Leadership is Aroha has no way of controlling these factors outside of the scheduled training sessions and therefore cannot guarantee any final results.

I understand that my participation in any of Leadership is Aroha’s training classes or private training includes an element of risk for me, attending family members and/or friends and my dog, which includes without limitation, risk of illness, falls, bites and injury through contact with other people or dogs who may or may not be participants in training, or interior/exterior surroundings of any facility or public place where training takes place. I, and attending family members and/or friends individual, and on behalf of their respective heirs, assigns or successors, hereby expressively waive, release and discharge Larissa Maria Johanna Barendregt, Ronald Brent McCown, staff and/or volunteers, Ngahuru and Leadership is Aroha from claims, demands, injuries, damages or causes of action that are in any way related to participation in the training, even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this disclaimer.

All Leadership is Aroha clients are required to agree to Terms & Conditions and the Weaver and acknowledge the Disclaimer.

By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to relieve Leadership is Aroha, Larissa Maria Johanna Barendregt, Ronald Brent McCown, Ngahuru and it’s staff/volunteers from any and all liabilities, and/or costs associated with any veterinary care, symptoms of discomfort of your dog related to or presenting after services rendered by Leadership is Aroha. The pursuit of any veterinary, behavioral, or rehabilitational services, and the payment there of, is the sole responsibility of the owner. Additionally you relief Leadership is Aroha and it’s staff from any and all liability associated with damage to person, pet, or property by or relating to services rendered or service equipment used by Leadership is Aroha and it’s agents.
